Mark Comerford
Mark served as Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Haynes International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HAYN) from 2008 until 2018, a manufacturer of engineered nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys for the aerospace, energy, and chemical industries. Prior to joining Haynes, he was President of the Alloy and International Divisions of Brush Engineered Materials, Inc., now Materion, Inc. (NYSE: MTRN). Mark holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Canisius College of Buffalo, New York.
Bryan Ellis
Bryan served as CEO of GAM from 2010 until 2012. He has been involved in the Australian and international resources industry for more than 30 years. Through a range of senior roles, he has provided leadership in the exploration, development and production of mineral sands in addition to tantalum.
Andrew O'Donovan
Andrew joined the tantalum processing business in 2004 and was President of GAM Technology division before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2013. He has approximately 20 years of experience in various parts of the global electronics supply chain.
James McClements
James is co-founder and Managing Partner of Resource Capital Funds ("RCF"), a majority shareholder of GAM. James has extensive Board experience having served on the boards of 11 RCF portfolio companies. Prior to launching RCF in 1988 James was a natural resources sector banker with N.M. Rothschild and Standard Chartered Bank. He began his professional career with BHP Limited after completing an honors degree in Economics from the University of Western Australia.
Kelvin Flynn
Kelvin is a Chartered Accountant with 27 years' experience in investment banking and corporate advisory roles including private equity and special situation investments in the mining and resources sector. Kelvin is the Managing Director of the alternative funds manager Harvis, which focuses on investments in the real estate and real assets sectors. He has held various leadership positions in Australia and Asia including Executive Director / Vice President with Goldman Sachs and Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal in Asia. He is also a Non Executive Director of ASX listed Mineral Resources Limited.
Mason Hills
Mason is a Partner at RCF and previously served as Partner at Wright Legal practicing in corporate finance and resources law. In addition, his legal practice includes; acquisitions, public offerings, corporate and securities regulation, project development and finance. Mr. Hills serves on the Board of GAM, Provale S.A., and Tarn Drilling Co. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from University of Western Australia and a Bachelors of Laws degree from Murdoch University.
John Prendiville
John is Chairman of Kina Petroleum Ltd and is Governor of the Board of the University of Notre Dame (and a member of the University's Audit and Finance Committee). John was recently a major shareholder and Non-Executive director at AVANA Group Pty Ltd. John holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons in Astrophysics) and Master of Business Administration from The University of Western Australia and the Institute for International Finance in Japan, respectively.
