
Andrew O'Donovan
Andrew joined the tantalum processing business in 2004 and was
President of GAM Technology division before being appointed Chief
Executive Officer in January 2013. He has approximately 20 years
experience in various parts of the global electronics supply
chain.

Glenn Williams
Glenn is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years
experience in the accounting and finance industry. He joined Global
Advanced Metals at the time the company was established in 2010.
Glenn has worked extensively within the mining and financial
services industries in Australia and overseas.

Steve Krause
Steve leads the GAM Technology business directing the global sales, research and manufacturing groups in Pennsylvania, USA and Tokyo/Aizu Wakamatsu Japan. Previously Stephen was Vice President of Operations and joined Global Advanced Metals through the Cabot Supermetals acquisition in 2012 where he held progressive roles during his 11 years in the tantalum processing industry. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Max McGarvie
Max is a highly experienced minerals processing senior manager with over 35 years experience in minerals sands and other heavy minerals. He has played key roles in the development of major mineral sands projects at Eneabba, Western Australia and Sierra Leone, West Africa.
As COO/CEO of Titanium Resources Group, Max was instrumental in bringing Sierra Rutile Limited back into production following the civil war in Sierra Leone and more recently he has been Managing Director of Bemax Resources Limited. His career in the mining sector is diverse and global, with experience in a range of minerals and across three continents.

Steve Millsap
Steve is a member of the Executive Committee and has responsibility for the company's legal affairs, secretarial, compliance and risk management functions. During his more than 14 year legal career he has held progressively responsible roles as in-house counsel for Polymer Group, Continental Tire, and CarMax. Previously, he also worked for multinational law firms beginning in the trial practice group of McGuireWoods LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rollins College and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law
